History

    • To view the Cover Sheet history, from the My Cover Sheets page, click the the "History" link on in the Actions column for the corresponding cover sheet
    • My Cover sheets page with the history link in the actions column highlighted
    • Additionally the history can be accesssed by clicking the "History" button in the left-side navigation while revising a cover sheeet
    • PI and unit page with the history button in the left-side navigation highlighted
    • The history will display newest to oldest
    • Each action will detail
      • the date
      • the certify indicator
      • who initiated the action
      • the action and the action item
      • who the action was directed to
      • the status after the action completed
    • If the initiator provided comments a "comments" link will be available in the Comment coloum
    • Cover sheet history page with the last status and the comments link in the actions column highlighted
    • On the Comment page you can view the action details as well as the comment
    • Comment page with action details comment and the view/download links highlighted
    • If the initator also uploaded documents witht he action, the documents will be listed
      • Click "View/Download" to view or download
      • Files will open according to your browser setting and the document type
