Co-Investigators (Co-I)

1. • Please include only those Co-Investigators from the University of Waterloo
   • Enter in the Co-Investigators's first name and last name
   • Select the Co-I's primary unit
   • Once a cover sheet is approved by the OR, it will be shared automatically with the Chairs/Directors and Deans of the Co-Investigators listed
     • Chair/Director and Dean will be determined by this selection
   • 
   • If the primary unit is not listed, select "Other" and key in the description
   • By selecting "Other", the Cover Sheet will not be shared automatically with the Co-Investigator's Chair/Director or Dean
   • If there are no Co-Investigators to add click "Next" to continue
2. • To edit a previously entered Co-Investigator click the "Edit" link in the Actions column
   • The Co-I details will open in the Co-I editor to allow changes
   • 
   • To remove a Co-I, click the "Delete" link in the Actions column
   • Click the "Delete" button to remove or the "Cancel" button to return to the Co-I page
